3. Course Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a single-user licence to access all associated materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access may be delivered via platforms such as Udemy, Thinkific, Softr, or others as communicated.
4. Certification Exams
Certification exams are non-transferable and may only be attempted by the individual registered.
You will receive:
-multiple attempts per exam
-a pass requirement as stated within the details for the certification
-a digital certificate upon successful completion
5. Refund Policy
We want all learners to be satisfied with their experience and have a refund policy that is fair but consistent with the nature of digital learning and assessments.
5.1 Courses
Refunds for paid courses are available under the following conditions:
-You are eligible for a full refund if either:
-You have not started the course (0% progress),
-or You have completed less than 10% of the course and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
After either of these limits is exceeded, the course is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
5.2 Certification Exams
Certification exams are non-refundable. This is because exam purchase grants immediate access to confidential assessment materials, evaluation processes, and the grading system. If a technical issue prevents exam completion, we will support a resit, but refunds will not be issued.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars).
We reserve the right to update pricing, introduce promotions, or make adjustments without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, templates, exam questions, videos, documents, and materials are owned by The Banking & Finance Guild.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our IP without written permission.
8. Student Conduct
By using our services, you agree to respectful, professional behaviour in all interactions including email, forums, online communities, or live sessions. We reserve the right to remove access for breaches of conduct without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide education and certification services but do not guarantee employment outcomes or career advancement. You use our information and assessments at your own discretion.
